Eastern Time (ET) on Sunday September 7, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY:The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (includes Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Do not participate in the Promotion if you are not physically located in the United States at the time you enter the Promotion. The Promotion shall be governed exclusively by the federal and state laws of the United States.  Employees, officers and directors of Cincinnati USA, (Sponsor), Empower Media Marketing, and RealTime Media, Inc. (“Administrator”), collectively (the “Promotion Entities”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (including parents, children - whether step children or adoptive children or biological children, siblings, spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all loss, liability, damages and/or injury of any kind whatsoever whether direct or indirect (including without limitation bodily injury or death), which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prizes. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges (Sponsor) whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void in Puerto Rico, all other territories and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
2. HOW TO ENTER: LIMIT: One (1) game play per person and/or email address per day, regardless of entry method. The Play Come for the Fun Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 P.M. noon Eastern Time (ET) on Monday July 7, 2008 and ends at 12:00:01 P.M. noon. Eastern Time (ET) on Sunday September 7, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).  To enter and play in the Promotion, visit the Cincinnati USA Promotional web site at:   www.playcomeforthefun.com. Complete theentry form by entering your true, correct and complete information in all required fields, then click “Enter.”  Your registration will submit one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will then be presented with an interactive game play page.  To be an instant winner you must uncover three (3) matching Cincinnati attractions. If you win, you will see a winner’s confirmation page where you may verify that all of the information you entered on the registration page is correct. If any information you have entered is incorrect, you must send an email to playcomeforthefun@promosupport.com for your information to be verified. 
   
   If you do not uncover three (3) matching Cincinnati attractions, then you will be served a page stating that you are not an instant winner. If you do not win a prize on your first attempt of the day, you can receive an extra game play that day by referring a friend through the Tell a Friend page on the promotional web site. If you enter a friend’s name and valid email address, you will be provided with a link back to the game play page for a second chance to instantly win a prize. Additionally, you may refer a friend(s) to the instant win and sweepstakes promotion through the Tell -A Friend page on the promotional web site. If you enter a friend’s name and valid email address, you will be given an additional entry into the sweepstakes Grand Prize drawing.
   
   Entrants who have previously played the instant win game and have not won will be able to enter the game play page by entering their information on the login page.  First-time users who visit the site to play the game must fill out the full registration form before they will be taken to the game play page.   
   
   Any attempt by a person to use multiple email accounts to register more than once per day will result in disqualification at the discretion of the judges or Sponsor upon verification of prize winners. 
   
   The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.  Sponsor may disqualify the entry if the information the potential winner provides to Sponsor is not satisfactory to Sponsor.  Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Except as noted in these Official Rules, Promotion Entities will use information collected from entrant only for the purpose of determining prize winners and to notify prize winners, and Promotion Entities will not re-use, sell or share such information in any manner with any third parties. Once the Promotion has ended, all information supplied by entrants will be removed from the database. By entering the Promotion, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at: http://www.cincinnatiusa.com/VisitorInfo/privacy.asp.
   
   
3. INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES AVAILABLE and ODDS OF WINNING: There are a total of 540 prizes. Total Approximate Retail Value of all Instant win game prizes is $2,337.50. Odds of winning Instant-Win prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received and the day and time of game play.  Instant Win prizes are as follows:

4. PROMOTION GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: An electronic randomized drawing
   will be held on or about Tuesday September 9, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize (1): Prize package includes hotel accommodations in a Cincinnati area hotel/motel (1 standard room/double occupancy) for 3 days/2 nights including a $25 Newport on the Levee gift card, a $25 Downtown gift card, and tickets to Cincinnati attractions and more during a weekend of fun in Cincinnati. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $600. The difference between the ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded.
   
   Grand Prize Restrictions: Winner and Travel Guests must be able to travel on travel dates as designated by the Sponsor to receive the prize.  Winner and travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel to and from the major airport closest to the Winner’s residence.  If the Winner’s residence is within 100 miles of Cincinnati, OH then the prize will not include air transportation .Instead ground transportation will be provided.  Winner’s travel companions must be 18 years of age or older, unless travel companions are members of the Grand Prize Winner’s immediate family. (Immediate family is defined as any person related within the first degree of affinity (marriage) or consanguinity (blood) to the person selected as the winner). Flight details are subject to space availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Sponsor reserves the right to require the travelers to fly on certain days of the week, and/or at certain times of the day or night. Hotel room will be at Sponsors’ choice of hotel. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.  Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the Winner’s and travel companion’s responsibility.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated travel certificates and none will be replaced. Certain additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply.  Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. All other expenses not specified herein (including taxes, some meals, beverages, transportation to/from winner’s residence and airport and gratuities) are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event any of the included events are unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor’s sole responsibility will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided for unawarded portion of prize.

5. PRIZE AWARDING: LIMIT: One (1) instant win prize per person and household. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor will only award a prize after verifying the entry and the winner’s information comply with these Official Rules. Winners may not request a substitute prize, request the cash equivalent of the prize, or transfer or assign their prize. All prizes will be shipped to winners 4-6 weeks after the potential winner redeems their prize. Potential winners will be deemed an official winner after redemption.
6. RIGHT OF PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited or restricted by law:
   a. Each winner grants Sponsor the right to use and publish winner's full name and state of residence online in connection with the Promotion; and
   b. By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor and its affiliate’s permission to use winner's name and likeness solely for advertising and promotional purposes as Sponsor deems appropriate without notice or further compensation.
7. DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor or the Administrator may disqualify any entrant found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion from this Promotion and from participating in any other current or future promotions or contests that the Promotion Entities sponsor. If Sponsor or the Administrator disqualifies an entrant for any reason the entrant may not participate in the Promotion or claim a prize. An attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate federal or state criminal or civil law. Should any person make such an attempt, Sponsor may seek damages or other relief against such person as permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the
   Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserve the right to award the prizes in a random drawing from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.  If for any reason more entrants receive an “instant winner” notice than the number of prizes stated herein, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in the
   Official Rules notice. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in the Official Rules.
8. LIABILITY & RELEASE:  By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any claims or causes of action arising out of participating in the Promotion or receiving or using any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to entrant or other persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt of any prize.  Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Promotion Entities’ liability will be limited to entrant’s cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Promotion Entities be liable for entrant’s attorney’s fees.  Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
9. TAX INFORMATION; LEGAL FILINGS: All applicable federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Sponsor will furnish the appropriate state and federal agencies with each winner’s name and address and other pertinent information, if required by law.
10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. All   decisions of Sponsor or Administrator shall be binding and final. All legal actions relating to the Promotion must be brought in the appropriate state court locate in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio or the Southwestern Federal District Court located in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. By submitting an entry for or to the Promotion each entrant agrees to the VENUE AND jurisdiction of the courts as stated herein. EACH ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT, AS TO ANY AND ALL DISPUTES THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN THE    ENTRANT AND THE PROMOTION ENITIES RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION OR ANY MATTER IN CONNECTION HEREWITH, THE NATURE OF THIS TRANSACTION WOULD MAKE ANY SUCH DISPUTE UNSUITABLE FOR TRIAL BY JURY. ACCORDINGLY,  EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AS TO ANY AND ALL DISPUTES THAT MAY ARISE RELATING TO THIS  PROMOTION, THE AWARDING OF ANY PRIZES AND/OR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF AN ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.
